Bumpity Bump

"He goes a hundred miles an hour, he's green dynamite. His name is Mr. Bumpy, he goes Bump in the Night!"

Since Halloween is right around the corner, and Halloween is about monsters and creepy things that go bump in the night, I wanted to draw some fan-art of one of my favorite shows from the 90s.

For those that aren't familiar with the show, Bump in the Night was a stop motion animated series, starring Mr. Bumpy (voiced by Jim Cummings) a green hyperactive sock eating monster, his best friend a blue toilet monster named Squishington (voiced by Rob Paulsen) and a sweet gentle rag-doll named Molly Coddle. I really enjoyed the show as a kid but it is sadly underrated and not many people remember it, which is a shame because it had cool characters, plenty of comedy, fun songs and great animation.

So here I have Mr. Bumpy riding on a skateboard and having fun while Squish is screaming and holding on to dear life. Other characters include, Molly, Germ Girl, The Cute Dolls, Destructo, the Closet Monster, and the Living Bread just to name a few.
