Hubie and Rocko

This is the cast from The Pebble and the Penguin re-drawn as humans. Since penguins don't have fingers I gave Hubie mittens to act as flippers, he looks so snoodle up with his beanie and scarf.
Rocko still has his large rock hopper eyebrows and a beak like nose, he looks a bit like a Street fighter gangster hobbit
Hubie is still holding his blasted pebble and dreaming of seeing Marina again, Rocko is not amused.

The Pebble and the Penguin belong to Don Bluth
